Having NEVER sold a property via an estate agent but always having sold the properties directly the motto is simply “If it’s to be it’s up to me”.  The commissions saved have been exceptional.

We have massive respect for buying Agents who work hard and are highly motivated in addition to Self Employed Broker Agents. The days are numbered for the high street agency who still believe price them high to get the listing and knock them down when you need the commission.
