Marketing Opportunities
Every time you see a for sale board the owner is potentially facing considerable percentage based fees for selling that home.
These fees are often enough to pay for a new kitchen, over time it’s enough to have paid for an additional bedroom or larger garden. 
With advances in technology owners can now create great looking listings and market the properties themselves for pennies by comparison. Estate agents love to put up their boards, as each board leads back to the estate agents office, each time the  agent receives a call they will try to show every property to the caller, our boards lead back to the owner of the property. 
For each property you cause to be listed with us you receive £50, it does not end there, you could help the property owner with marketing on social media, images or such other skills as you can demonstrate. 
Imagery – we really want to hear from experienced professionals with a track record in either virtual tours and property photography. We do not require any fees to be listed and any arrangements you make with owners is between you.
