You can develop your opportunity in a variety of ways not limited to online marketing using social media, direct marketing or even leaflet drops and postcards to owners in your area who have been on the market or perhaps they are on the market and no longer contracted to an estate agent.

If the property owner does get involved in the marketing it’s all the better as the image below demonstrates, we listed their property on the site on the 28th, five days later they shared it themselves, the results were amazing and resulted in three viewings on the 7th day.
