As the owner and operator I have enjoyed the journey thus far, there comes a time when we all consider other options in our life, this is my time. The new owners will enjoy the building and the location. I found we enjoyed many repeat customers who have stayed here over the past 40 years.

The property was increasingly used by returning visitors who brought their families back with them to enjoy exclusive use which was always fun.
I have reduced the price as I am selling this without an Estate Agent, the considerable saving is reflected in the price and whilst I am motivated to sell I am in no major hurry which means below market offers are unlikely to be appealing. I am open to vendor financing with security in place.
